Wild cuisine — culinary workshops

During the meeting we will get to know the wild edible plants that grow around us and have been part of traditional cuisine for centuries. Together we will prepare a simple dish of seasonal plants and talk about their properties and culinary uses.

The menu will remain slightly shrouded in mystery — as in seasonal cuisine, a lot depends on what happens to be found in nature in spring.
