The documentary “How Berlin Got the Blues”, released in 2017, tells EB's fascinating story. His musical journey took him from the roots of blues in Memphis in the 60s to New York — where he performed with stars such as B.B. King, Wilson Pickett, Isaac Hayes and Millie Jackson — to Berlin, where he founded his international superband in the 1990s.
