The program included performances, workshops, lectures and discussions dedicated, among others, to building safe relationships, communication with youth, working with sensitive content and the use of theatrical tools in education.

On October 10, two workshops, a discussion panel and stand-up Joanna Pawluśkiewicz will take place at the Ochoty Theatre. It is a space for exchanging experiences, acquiring practical tools and jointly searching for ways to create a school based on relationships, mindfulness and psychological security.PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT IS FREE ON OCTOBER 9 (Ujazdowski Castle and TR Warszawa Contemporary Art Center) - a detailed schedule of the event can be found on the TR WARSZAWA website. -PROGRAM 10 October (events in Ochoty Theatre, Reja 9 street) 10:00-11:00 performance “You have something in your teeth” directed by Liuba Ilnytska11.00-11.40 Welcome11.40-12.00 coffee break 12:00-14:00 workshop I Safe and comfortable theatrical process with young peopleled by Iga Dzięgielewska and Karolina PluteWorkshop dedicated to the use of procedural actions taken from creative practices in educational work with youth. Participants will learn tools to support the building of psychological security in the group, attention to relationships and work with important and sensitive topics, present in contemporary culture and art. The meeting focuses on how elements of the creative process can support dialogue, reflection and involvement of students — without the need for performance or acting activities. 14:00-15:00 lunch 15:00-17:00 workshop II Supporting and appreciating relational aspects of teacher work in schoolled by Aleksandra Korczak and Adriana Sadowska

A workshop focused on strengthening invisible but crucial aspects of teaching work, such as mindfulness of group dynamics, building relationships and daily emotional work with students. Participants will look at tools to support presence, respond to the needs of all group members, and create a safe space conducive to learning and collaboration. The workshop emphasizes the importance of relationships as the foundation of the educational process, beyond the mere transfer of knowledge.Note. BOTH WORKSHOPS WILL BE HELD SIMULTANEOUSLY 17:00-18:00 discussion panel Sensitive content in the theater and at school. Discussion dedicated to responsible work with sensitive content in education and artistic activities. The panelists will discuss the use of trigger warnings, building a sense of security in the group and creating conditions for a conscious and attentive conversation about difficult topics. The discussion will focus on finding a balance between protecting participants and opening spaces for dialogue, reflection and critical thinking in working with young people.

A comedy show based on personal experiences and reflections on education, relationships and everyday challenges of teaching. An interactive show that includes people in the audience.
