Eek A Mouse, who saw the light of day in Kingston as Ripton Joseph Hylton and owes his stage name to a racehorse on which he relied both continuously and in vain, has also been one of the most popular reggae singers in this country since the mid-80s. Because of his unique singing style, the press once called him the first “Singjay.” In December, the Jamaican Rude Boy is coming to Germany for two exclusive concerts and has promised a rapid cross-section of his extensive repertoire. Anything else would also be cheese. Make it a date... bong thing thing!
