What stories and memories do we carry in our bodies? What are the connections between us and the places we come from?
Our bodies are living landscapes, crisscrossed by rivers of memory. They preserve traces of our origins, our ancestors and our personal stories.
In this participatory workshop, participants are invited to experience their bodies as a living flow. While lying down, in contact with the ground and with their eyes closed, they embark on a journey through their memories. Based on these experiences, personal river landscapes are created that open up space for exchange and shared stories.
Participants can take home the results of their work as a personal reminder.
