Konweka Foundation invites women from Małopolska preparing for motherhood and pregnant women to a unique meeting dedicated to the emotions and changes associated with entering a new role.
During the workshop, we will look at the emotions and beliefs that accompany motherhood. Through practical exercises, we will learn how to better understand difficult feelings and read the signals that our own body and emotions send us.
This will be a time to stop, reflect and better connect with each other.
