Family drama starring the charismatic Javier Berdem. The protagonist of Nature of Love is Esteban Martínez, a world-famous Spanish director, appreciated and awarded, and at the same time shrouded in the legend of enfant terrible. After spending years in America, he returns to his native country to shoot his latest film. The project, carried out in the desert in difficult conditions, is expected to be his most ambitious undertaking. For one of the main roles, Martínez chooses Emilia, his daughter, an actress of the second plan. Father wants to repair their cold relationship. Despite Emilia's doubts, he is sure that the woman fits perfectly into the figure. Meanwhile, a wave of controversy is growing around the long-awaited return of one of the most important creators of Spanish cinema. In the scorching sun and under the pressure of a restrictive schedule, the conflict between father and daughter begins to escalate.
