Between works and staff councils, ensemble speakers, representatives and representatives: FAIRSTAGE invites colleagues from all departments and trades of Berlin theaters to exchange ideas about corporate participation. After a round of introductions and a brief input from ver.di, we will discuss the structure and effectiveness of representative structures in smaller groups. There is still room for open exchange afterwards. Everyone who has a corresponding position, who lacks such a position in their own company or who is simply interested in the perspectives and interests of employees is invited. The FAIRSTAGE meeting place is a common space of thought for exchanging ideas about specific problems and big questions faced by Berlin theatre professionals. It also serves to connect employees from the various Berlin theaters and the independent scene. FAIRSTAGE is a model project that promotes non-discriminatory and good working conditions at Berlin theaters.
