Family Art Workshops with Tala Porbaha

Stop by and join us as we hold free drop-in family art workshops with artist and educator Tala Porbaha.
During four workshops, children and adults can try different art activities: portraiture, charcoal drawing, scratch painting and hidden shapes. The activities are open and informal, and one does not need to have experience in drawing or painting.

Children from 4 years old can participate together with an adult. Adults are also welcome without children.

The workshop is a drop-in activity and is open for 3 hours. You should expect to spend a small hour.

Monday 12 October — Kuldrawal
Thursday 15 October — Scratch painting
Saturday, October 17 — Hidden Shapes

Family art workshops
Join our free family art workshops with artist and art teacher Tala Porbaha.
Across four workshops, children and adults can try different art activities: portrait drawing, charcoal drawing, scratch painting and hidden shapes. The workshops are open and informal, and no drawing or painting experience is needed.

Children from age 4 can join with an adult. Adults are also welcome without children.

The workshops are drop-in and is open for 3 hours. The activity takes about 45—60 minutes.
The workshops take place from 12 pm to 3 pm and will be held in english.

The event is part of the “Weekend for children” at Nørrebro. Weekend for Children is free cultural and movement events for children and their adults in Nørrebro. The events take place on Saturdays and Sundays in sports halls, libraries and cultural houses with support from the Nørrebro Local Committee and the Nøbu Foundation.
Weekend for children takes place at Blågårdens Bibliotek, Nørrebro Library, Korsgadehallen, Nørrebrohallen, Osramhuset and Støberiet.
