Family Freestyle at Sadler's Wells East

Does your child love to move? Family Freestyle will get you and your little ones dancing together and having fun.

These workshops for children aged 2-4 and their parents or carers are led by professional dance artists on The Dance Floor at Sadler’s Wells East .

Come along and discover a wide range of dance styles, as your child develops their coordination, creative thinking and social interaction.

Family Freestyle is free for all, and bookable online
Up to two children aged 2-4 can be accompanied by one adult
On arrival, please scan the QR code to book a space
Tickets are released 30 minutes before a session

To keep the sessions safe and enjoyable for everyone we have a limit of 30 participants (adults and children). Once we hit capacity, we will not admit any more participants. If you’re not able to join one week, we’d love to see you at the next one.
