OCTOBER 17 (SATURDAY) FANTASTIC FRANKINCENSE

11:00-12:30 FANTASTIC EARS AND TAILS/WORKSHOP 7+ During the workshop, participants will design and make their own ears and tails inspired by the fantasy world. Using fur, felt, fabrics and a variety of materials, they will create elements of the costume that will allow you to embody the character they have invented. The workshop combines design, manual work and creative experimentation with form, showing how to build the character of a hero with simple means. The finished work participants will take home with them. Conducted by: Magdalena Łazarczyk — visual artist, set designer and costume designer working with theatres and cultural institutions throughout Poland. 11:00-12:30 KEYCHAIN WITH ARTIFACT/WORKSHOP 10+ During Fantasy Day, we invite participants to create their own, large, felt keychain inspired by the fantasy world. Each participant chooses a character or magical artifact, cuts out its shape from colored felt, sews two layers, pushes with filling and attaches a pendant - this is how a unique, handmade keychain for a backpack, bag or keys is created. You can realize your idea or choose from the list: a witch's hat, a spell book, a cat, a crystal ball, a key to another dimension or a favorite character. 11:00-14:00 FANTASY READERS GUILD Looking for people to talk to about dragons, magic and heroes who stay with us for years to come? We invite you to our Villa for a meeting for fans of fantasy novels and comics! It will be an intimate meeting at the Reader's Elixir (herbal and fruit infusion) with a good atmosphere for conversations about your favorite genre. What are we going to talk about? Where to start your fantasy adventure - recommendations for beginners. Classics of the genre that are worth knowing. Where do you get inspiration for reading (and writing!) The most interesting - not necessarily favorite - heroes and characters. Magical powers and phenomena that are remembered the most.

Bring your picks, recommendations and stories about the books that drew you in — the more voices, the more interesting the exchange of experiences. This is a meeting for everyone - both for those who have already devoured dozens of volumes and those who are just looking for their first fantasy novel.
