We celebrate that Debbie and Franz have been at Solvang Library a whole year

About the event

Throughout 2026, textile artist Debbie Kathrine Sørensen and musician, writer and illustrator Franz Bomberg have been at Solvang Library doing activities with children.

We would like to celebrate this at a party in the sheepfold, where everyone is welcome.

Under the theme Nature's Imagination/The Nature of Imagination, we have created our own books, sensed with scents, colours and music in the sheepfold, created crafts for reading aloud and much, much more. Many of the activities have taken place in “Fårefolden” a scenographic textile artwork developed for 24Secrets at Teater ZeBu in 2024. That's why we're having a party in the sheepfold.

To this day, musician Andreas Ugorsky comes by and plays a small concert with Franz. There will be a sheep snack.

Characters, Trut and Twaang: The Colorful SheepfoldWhimsical and imaginative sheep-counting concert featuring trumpeter, storyteller and cartoonist Franz MH Bomberg and guitarist Andreas Ugorsky. Under the name of Draw, Trut and Twaang, the duo delivers funny tales and songs combined with live drawing. For today's concert, they will place themselves in the sheepfold, the colorful installation that has hung in the library several times over the past year. From the sheepfold, Andreas and Franz tell, play and sing new stories about the animals that live in and around the fold.

Come to the quirky sheep counting concert and get answers to how do you know the difference between more than 100 sheep? Why is there a fox sneaking around in the sheepfold? Can sheep become artists? Get the answers for the concert, where you are also guaranteed smiles on your lips and delicious music for the ear canals.
