As part of the Brzechwałki Festival, a three-part series of workshops is planned, during which we will transform your home stories and childhood memories into works of art.

The first meeting, which will help to return to family memories and give them a magical character, will be led by Ola Barczyk. Your stories will turn into individual fairy tales, which we will eventually record in the form of an atmospheric radio show.

The Brzechwałki Festival is an annual educational and theatrical program aimed primarily at preschool children, their teachers, teachers and families. It combines presentations of stage work of the youngest with workshops and educational activities showing how to use theater in working with children. The festival is a reactivation of a well-known artistic review organized between 1997 and 2020 in cooperation with Teatr Groteska and the Małopolskie Centre for Teacher Improvement in Kraków. The new edition preserves the idea of presenting small stage forms created by children and family theaters, while developing the program with workshops on theater pedagogy for people working in preschool and early childhood education. The festival develops the program offer for the inhabitants of Krakow through activities in the field of cultural education and reading, as well as creates a space for meetings and relationships between children, teachers, families and the local community. Events within the framework of the festival promote the building of lasting bonds around the theatre as a community and educational tool.
