The youngest absorb the world with all their senses with just as much passion and curiosity. During the “Body Building” they will have the opportunity to look from the side what their inner world looks like, how it sounds and how it moves. Inhale, exhale. We listen to our bodies. We lie down, we sit, we get up. We begin a dance that will take us inside, into our interior. After all, we are our body, the relationship between who I am and how I feel.
