Join Everyone’s A Singer for Finding Harmony Wellness Day, an uplifting afternoon exploring how music, creativity and community connection can support our mental health, physical health and wider wellbeing.
Bringing together local communities and organisations working across health, culture and the voluntary sector, the day will combine conversation, practical health information, participant stories and opportunities to experience the wellbeing benefits of singing together.
The event will explore some of the barriers African, African Caribbean, African Diaspora and wider underserved communities can experience when accessing health and mental health support, while highlighting the role trusted community organisations and creative approaches can play in improving wellbeing.
Whether you have taken part in Finding Harmony before, work within health or the community sector, or simply want to learn more about looking after your wellbeing through creativity and connection, you are welcome to join us.
No singing experience is needed.
This event is free, but places are limited and advance booking is recommended.
