Relax and get a unique concert experience in the very special surroundings of Glyptoteket. With timeless piano works, one of Denmark's leading pianists, Tanja Zapolski, offers a meditative musical experience where calm and presence fill both body and mind.

Enjoy an evocative concert programme of meditative classical piano works in the beautiful historic Festival Hall at Glyptoteket. The music is shaped like a musical time journey, weaving eras together from the clear structures of the Baroque through Romanticism and Impressionism to the poetic minimalism of today.

The music program features nature-inspired works by, among others, J. S. Bach, Grieg, Debussy, Ravel, Messiaen, Sibelius, Arvo Pärt and Ólafur Arnalds, woven into a course where the many voices of nature unfold through birdsong, forest landscapes, water movements and sonorous reflections in the midst of the magnificent historical space of the Festival Hall.

The theme of the Immersion Concerts is this time Voices of Nature, inspired by the current exhibition Animal Entrances - Sculptures by Antoine-Louis Barye. Read more about the exhibition here.

As an audience, you can choose to lie down or sit on yoga mats, surrounded by dim lighting. The concert will be performed in silence — without clapping. This special concert format is created for those who seek reflection and inner peace in a historical setting.
