Final Gala/Josemi Carmona with band

The final concert of the 20th Silesian Guitar Autumn will take place at the Mediatek in Tychy. The event will begin with an awards ceremony and a concert of the winners of the 20th J.E. Jurkowski International Guitar Competition.

In the second part of the evening we will hear Josemi Carmona with the band. The concert program Mi vida mi música offers an immersion into the artistic evolution of Josemi Carmona — from his roots in the purest flamenco to his groundbreaking role as a member of the Ketama band, in which Nuevo Flamenco achieved the greatest international notoriety. The show alludes to the innovation of Enrique Morente and Lagartija Nick's Omega album, the intensity of Camarón and the sonic universes of Miles Davis and Ibrahim Maalouf. Moving smoothly between flamenco, rock, pop and jazz, the project pushes new boundaries of sound, exploring the possibilities of flamenco in constant dialogue with other genres.
