Gala “Karpika” 2026 and the performance of the Hrabi cabaret

On November 21, 2026 (Saturday), at 18.00 in the auditorium of the center there will be a gala presentation of prizes to the winners of the XXIV International Satirical Drawing Competition “Karpik” 2026. During this event there will also be a cabaret Hrabi. Tickets at the price of PLN 70 can be purchased on the website kupbilecik.pl. We invite you.

The event will culminate the awards gala for the winners of the XXIII edition of “KARPIKA” 2025. The International Competition of Satirical Drawing “Karpik” is a display of traditions, characteristics and national delights in a crooked mirror - using a unique artistic expression, which is satirical drawing. The theme and inspiration for cartoonists from all over the world are fish (especially carp), anglers, fishing - seen through the prism of different nationalities, cultures and artistic techniques. The competition “Karpik” is international in nature - it is influenced by works from several dozen countries, and its name refers to the numerous breeding ponds, of which Niemodlin has been famous since the 16th century.

“To be a guy” - a fresh look at what is masculine. With humor and distance. The new HRabi cabaret show is a look at contemporary masculinity. Created by men and told in a male voice, but addressed to everyone - and especially to those who know well who they live with and who they are trying to understand. At a time when masculinity is talked about a lot and seriously, HRabi decides to look at it his own way: with a smile and self-irony. We will take the guys a little on the defensive, a little under the magnifying glass - sometimes we will praise them, sometimes we will gently disarm them with laughter. We have every right to do that, because we are joking about ourselves.

The program will include skits, songs, improvisations and interactions with the audience. The protagonist of the evening will be a man in every aspect — lost, resourceful, touching, sometimes absurd, but true. And all in the style of HRabi (Dariusz Kamys, Tomasz Majer, Łukasz Pietsch) in the great company of Wojtek Kamiński.
