Thrash from the heart of Warsaw. They play fast, sharp and do not take prisoners. Old-school sound and claw riffs interspersed with heavy, groove breaks and good old rocker.

If you are counting on a reheated cutlet and familiar, duplicated a hundredfold game, then you are in for quite a surprise.

Groove metal with a blues claw — heavy riffs, crushing groove and raw energy. Music for those who want to feel the power of every beat

Innerself is a thrash metal band from Pomiechówka. The group was formed in the second half of 2024 and — after several changes in the composition — started touring; our first performance took place on May 30, 2025 at the Metalcave club in Warsaw. After more concerts, we decided to release our first track, “Apocalypse”, which premiered on November 30, 2025.
