Gallery of nature and art. We discover the City Park

For the third time, BWA Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski invites you to a nature and educational walk around our city. This time we will meet in the City Park to look at it from two perspectives: natural and artistic. Our guide to the world of plants will be Magda Kałuża, head of the green areas department of the Department of Municipal Services, who will tell us about the park's vegetation and tree stand, as well as share curiosities, thanks to which we will look at the well-known place from a new perspective We, in turn, invite you to discover the art present in the park. We will start by meeting at the new sculpture “Cosmos. Tribute to Heweliusz” by Beata Konarska. We will tell you about this realization and show you why it found its place here. The City Park already has a long tradition of the presence of sculptures, and “Cosmos” joins them, creating another chapter in this story. During the walk, we will also look at how art interacts with the environment and becomes part of the urban landscape.
