Like the timeless epic Odyssey, Hercules's 12 Works is a tale from ancient Greece that sends audiences on a journey through epic battles, adventures and the underworld. This live performance is experienced as a journey to Hades and back, told from the perspective of Greek hero Hercules and brought to life through progressive metal and drama.
The 12 Labors of Hercules: A Metal Odyssey is an instrumental metal concept album that is melodic, heavy, raw and immersive. Breathtaking riffs, calm and magnificent passages, as well as shifting soundscapes lead the listener through chaos, struggle and ultimately triumph.
When the album is performed live in its entirety, the experience is lifted by the Greek chorus, a mysterious narrator who guides the audience through the story as it unfolds. The chorus reflects on the epic journey of Hercules, who is brought to life through the power of metals. The result is a unique fusion of contemporary musical art and theatre: a meeting between contemporary heavy metal and classical antiquity.
On stage Georgios will be joined by Niels Alex Larsen (Statement, GnR Tribute), Martin Poulsen (Skarnet, Statement), Carlos Barragán (Psychic Equalizer), Jesper Noachsen (Skarnet, Volbeat Tribute) and Thomas Magnussen (actor and director).
Over the past decade Georgios has established himself as a dynamic live performer and songwriter through his work with both GnR Tribute and the Danish hard rock band Skarnet, which performed at COPENHELL in 2025. Georgios was additionally selected to participate in the 15 Years in Hell All-Star Show at this year's COPENHELL.
In October, Georgios joins Gus G (Ozzy Osbourne, Firewind) as part of his instrumental live band. Gus G is going on a European tour alongside Ronnie Romero (Rainbow, MSG).
