Gilli

Gilli hits the Royal Arena!
For more than a decade, Gilli has dominated the Danish charts, rounding up over 2 billion streams (!). Which makes him the absolute greatest in his genre in Denmark. In recent years, he has also made a massive impression on the live scene — and now he is returning to the Royal Arena with two concerts.

When, in 2024, Gilli took the Orange Scene at Roskilde Festival with a legendary night concert, Berlingske wrote: “Gilli delivered a memory to an entire generation.” Politiken scored six hearts, calling the concert “A pop historical triumph,” while Soundvenue gave six stars, stating: “We've been waiting for this for 10 years.” B.T. summed it up briefly: “Demonstration of force.”

Since then, Gillis's confidence onstage has only grown. The audience can therefore expect a show in the Royal Arena, where he shows in earnest why he stands as one of the country's greatest live performers right now.

At the same time, Gilli is more productive than ever. The 2023 EP “Kiko Club” sent all eight tracks straight into the top of Spotify's Top 50. In 2024, the album “KENNY”, created together with Benny Jamz, followed, which expanded the catalog of hits further. In 2025, he released the EP “Rene Hjerter Vinder Alltid”, where the title song quickly developed into another huge hit. And during these months, Gilli is working on a new album “The World Is Yours”, which will be released during the summer of 2026.

From the beginning with B.O.C in 2010 to the present day, Gilli has constantly moved the boundaries of Danish music. With his signature sound — where Spanish guitar, afrobeats, baile funk and jersey club merge — he has helped define an entire generation of Danish hip hop and pop. In 2024, for the tenth consecutive year, he was among the top 10 most played artists on Spotify in Denmark — six of the years at number one.

With new album as well as a back catalogue full of hits and a new, uncompromising assertiveness on stage, Gilli is poised for another milestone when he again occupies the Royal Arena for two big concert nights in December.
