“Stupid Goose” is a performative monodrama, the starting point of which is the impostor syndrome - a cognitive error consisting in a lack of faith in one's own competence. It is estimated that about 70% of the world's population at some stage of life experiences this phenomenon.

The author of the play is a “golden child” — always with the best ratings, awards, successes. It's just a pity he doesn't deserve any of them. Her achievements so far have been an accident, a mistake, a strange stroke of luck. In a world where she shamelessly turned a howl into a lie, her own body constantly undermines its worth. It crumbles into doubt, turns everything upside down, until it finally bursts to pupate into self-ironic greyness.

The syndrome of the impostor — the deceiver — is revealed in the play as a mechanism for the performance of oneself. On stage, what is actually experienced collides with what is acted out; an autobiographical confession with a conscious manipulation of one's own image. “Stupid Goose” looks at how uncertainty becomes a role that can be repeated as long as it begins to organize a way of thinking about itself. Intimate anxiety turns out to be not only a private experience here. It also grows out of a world that makes you constantly prove your own worth, while giving you reasons to doubt it.
