Goldie Boutilier

Goldie Boutilier's Party 26' Tour

If you do not yet know Goldie Boutilier, you will probably get to it soon. With the soul of a poet, the heart of a rock star and the gaze of a filmmaker, she has created one of the most peculiar musical universes on the modern alternative pop scene.

The Canadian singer-songwriter has developed into an international cult name in recent years with his very special blend of cinematic Americana, alternative pop, glamorous melancholy and brutal honesty. Her music feels like the soundtrack to a forgotten Hollywood classic - dramatic, vulnerable and uncompromisingly personal.

Goldie Boutilier originally broke through as a teenager after being discovered via YouTube and signed to a major label in Los Angeles. But behind the narrative of the big break hid years marked by exploitation, identity crises and the feeling of losing oneself in the music industry. Today, she has found her voice on her own terms. With albums and EPs such as Emerald Year, The Actress and most recently Goldie Boutilier Presents Goldie Montana, she has created an artistic universe where strength, femininity and personal liberation are central. The result has made her a growing favourite among fans, critics and music icons such as Elton John himself.

Goldie Boutilier's concerts are often described as intimate and almost spiritual communities between artist and audience — a space where vulnerability, strength and grand melodies coexist. The audience can expect an intense concert experience filled with great emotions, dark elegance and strong narratives when Boutilier enters Studio 2 in DR Koncerthuset.
