After the death of her mother, Elsa, working as an advertising director, completely gives herself to work, trying to cope with the loss in this way. When severe migraines force her to stop, she decides to go to Lanzarote for a long weekend to celebrate Constitution Day in 2004. She is accompanied by her friend Patricia and her partner Bonifacio, a stripper and firefighter, stays in Madrid. In search of a creative impulse, Elsa begins to be inspired by the private dramas of those around her, treating them as material for work.
