GRANDE FINALE Grand New Year's Gala

Opera, operetta, violin and great musical fun!

New Year's emotions have not yet subsided, and we still remain in the mood of a great musical holiday! The Lublin Opera invites you to the Great New Year's Gala — a unique evening full of brilliance, elegance, virtuosity and unforgettable melodies that will allow you to enjoy the atmosphere of New Year's Eve for a while longer.

The star of the evening will be Jakub Jakowicz — an outstanding violinist, an excellent soloist and one of the most appreciated Polish artists of his generation. His virtuoso violin will sound in the company of the orchestra, soloists, choir and ballet of the Lublin Opera, creating a dynamic spectacle in which classical elegance meets temperament and stage energy. The program will include the greatest hits of opera and operetta — thrilling arias, temperamental dances, unforgettable melodies, waltzes, polkas and czardas. We will hear music by Verdi, Puccini, Bizet, Paganini, Moniuszko, Johann Strauss, Lehár and Kálmán, among others.

Famous and beloved compositions will sound in a unique setting, and Jakub Jakowicz's violin will become one of the most important protagonists of the evening. Their lyrical beauty and subtlety will meet with virtuosity, temperament and dizzying technique, delivering unforgettable musical emotions to the audience.
