The Dublin-based band Gurriers are back with the announcement of their highly anticipated second album “Nobody's Coming To Save You”, which will be released on September 25 on their new label Play It Again Sam. The announcement of the album is accompanied by an uncompromising and furious title track and information about the upcoming European tour. On November 23, the group will perform at the Hybrydy club in Warsaw.

The Gurriers continue their rise in popularity following the release of the superbly received debut “Come And See” (2024), which cemented their position as one of the most important new voices of the booming Irish alternative scene. The band quickly built a dedicated fanbase, thanks, among other things, to their uncompromising concert energy and sharp, socially engaged lyrics. The album “Nobody's Coming To Save You” shows the band developing all the elements that made their debut so thrilling — sharper dynamics, monumental sound and an even more burning view of the world.

The new material is full of the spirit of protest, resistance and personal reflection. Gurriers use all their musical chemistry and intelligent, critical view of reality that have been their strength from the beginning, taking it to a whole new level. The album was produced by Mark Bowen (Idles) and Loren Humphrey (Geese, Cameron Winter), with Chris Fullard (Idles, Sunn O))). The mix was handled by John Congleton (St. Vincent, Modest Mouse, Swans).
