GULL

The play “Gusła” was based on the second part and fragments of the fourth part of Adam Mickiewicz's Grandfathers. The world-famous director Grzegorz Bral - creator of the Song of the Goat Theater, translated the romantic masterpiece of Polish classics into the touching, deeply emotional language of the theater.

The gills that grew out of the ritual in honor of the dead touch on the theme not only of mourning and loss of a loved one, but also of the country of that time, of great ideals.

Fully musical performance with incredible costumes of Adam Łucki squeezes the throat. One thing is certain — such Mickiewicz has not yet been seen by the residents of Melpomena in Zielona Góra.
