Heartwarming pop hug with GUZO in VEGA

GUZO is behind August Møller Fogh, who for several years has written songs for some of Denmark's most prominent artists, including Andreas Odbjerg, Saveus, and JADA. In his own project, he turns his gaze inward and uses his finely tuned songwriting skills to explore love, identity and the turbulent process it is to find himself as a young adult.

Among other things, GUZO has made a name for himself with the duet “Lost Something” with Bette, which has helped cement him as a significant new voice on the Danish music scene.

On June 5, GUZO will release his next single with Giift, followed later in the year by his debut album -- a work that portrays the feeling of a kind of second coming-of-age in the late twenties. The album revolves around love, loss and family, and about trying to preserve oneself while everything around one is constantly changing. About the album, GUZO himself states:

“The album is in many ways about growing up, told through various very personal impact points from my life. I can conclude that I haven't quite become that yet”.

On stage, GUZO is known for his presence and his ability to create concerts where the audience feels intimately connected to both the music and each other. His emotional universe invites the audience into an inclusive space of openness and redemption where the personal and the universal merge.

When GUZO occupies Little VEGA on December 5, the personal tales of love, doubt and the middle bills of adulthood are transformed into an intense concert experience where vulnerability and community are allowed to fill the entire space.
