Haiden Henderson

Haiden Henderson makes music for the part of the night when everything gets a little more intense. The guitars are dirty, the drums draw from hip-hop, and the voice moves between the intimate and the explosive. His music borrows from the rawness of rock, the sensuality of R&B and the immediacy of pop - without quite wanting to belong to any of them.

There is something both physical and seductive about Henderson's music. The guitars cut through the soundscape, the bass moves heavily under the skin, and over it all hovers a falsetto that can shift from subtle and fragile to powerful and big-laden. It is music that at the same time belongs on a dark dance floor and in a room where you are completely alone.

With her debut album Bleach, Haiden invites Henderson into a world where perfection is allowed to crack and where letting go of control becomes a form of freedom.
