Hanne Boel

Live with band

For the first time in several years, Hanne Boel uses the tried and tested method: letting the songs meet the audience before they find their way to the studio. The new tracks are thus allowed to meet the audience first, where moods and reactions can be decisive for which songs end up on her next album.

On the tour, concertgoers can look forward to a strong mix of brand new material in combination with the iconic songs that have made Hanne Boel one of Denmark's most beloved musical names over the decades. Together with her band, she is always curious and innovative, also in relation to her older repertoire. With respect for the originals, but also with the courage to give new life to the music when it feels right. Hanne Boel elaborates:

“I feel that I, along with my current band, find myself in the present. We are curious, playful, music-loving and wild with a good groove that affects the body at least as much as the heart and brain. We are curious about the present and at the same time we are excited about the old virtues of the 80s and 90s.”

Look forward to a very special concert experience, where both future hits and timeless classics are given new life on stage with Hanne Boel and a well-playing band consisting of Jens Runge (guitar), Jacob Funch (guitar), Kristoffer Sjelberg (drums) and Jenno Bjørnkjær (keys).
