Cal and Beth are a married couple with nearly twenty years of experience. They just put the house up for sale. And Beth actually did it by putting up a “For Sale” banner in the garden — because Cal is happy here and doesn't want to move out at all.

That's why newly engaged Ellie and Skip rush in, and then Liz and Mike join them — a couple who have little to say after forty years together. A seemingly ordinary visit, however, takes an unexpected turn when couples begin to see that they have something in common, and the meeting is not at all accidental. The atmosphere thickens and the situation is getting out of control...

In a world full of division, rush and widespread noise, the Garrison Theatre of Art wants to give the audience space to stop and reflect on what is really important. Recall that it is these smallest gestures, simple words and seemingly trivial moments that build the foundation of lasting feelings for life.

Psychologist and journalist Małgorzata Ohme once heard from her grandmother: “You never know if you love the last time, but do everything to make it so...”.
This simple phrase speaks of the courage to enter into a relationship without collateral and that closeness is worth fighting for every day.
