VIGORM gets stuck in Store VEGA

What stands firm? What do we come from — and where are we going? These are some of the big questions HUGORM are revolving around on their upcoming album Carved in Stone, due out September 4.

With Simon Kvamm at the forefront, HUGORM has since the beginning marked itself as one of the country's most uncompromising rock projects. Here, catchy riffs, electronic productions and socially critical lyrics create a universe in which the absurd and serious constantly collide.

On Carved in Stone, HUGORM turns his gaze to what is fixed. The album moves on a vertical axis — from what we stand on our shoulders off to what we aim for. From the roots to the unknown. From where we're coming from to the question of where we're going. From Brorson to Nik & Jay, a question that has been dealt with in Danish songwriting.

This theme takes HUGORM out on the road. This time the band has chosen to look towards the more present setting and the spaces where there is a shorter space between stage and audience. It will therefore be the first time since 2022 that HUGORM will again be on stage in VEGA — and this time it will be in Store VEGA three nights in a row.

The intimate setting gives way to a concert experience where you get closer to both the songs and the universe that Carved in Stone explores.

Where the HUGORM moves from there is not yet carved in stone. But one thing is fixed: THE CUT IN STONE TOUR hits Store VEGA on February 25, 26 and 27, 2027.
