How did we end up eating so poor?
Over the past few generations, there has been a dramatic evolution in the way we eat. Ultra-processed, nutrient-poor foods are filling more and more of our shopping cart and stomachs. To great detriment to our body and health. This is what the latest research shows.
But then what should we eat and how? Mette Mølbak makes us smarter about that. She is the food editor at Politiken and is just now current with the book: “The Professor's Way to Health from the Inside” together with Professor Oluf Borbye Pedersen. She will therefore also make us more aware of the power our gut bacteria have over us and how we can eat our way to promote the good gut bacteria.
Mette's presentation is part of Nørrebro Library's big theme day about food.
