II Biennale of Young Art Krzeszowice 2026

On October 16, 2026, at 18.00 at the Vauxhall Gallery, the opening of the 2nd Biennial of Young Art Krzeszowice will take place. During the event, we will meet the winners of this year's edition of the competition and awards will be presented in two age categories: for young people aged 14—17 and for young artists aged 18—25.

In each category, there will be a Grand Prix, three main prizes and two distinctions. The main sponsor of the awards is Royal Talens Polska, while the founder of the additional prizes is Barbara Dec Imaginarium.

The works submitted for the competition are evaluated by a jury composed of: Krzysztof Dudek - conservator of works of art, MUFO Museum of Photography in Krakow, Michał Zakrzewski - plastic artist and graphic designer from Krakow, Zuzanna Dec - plastic artist and painter from Krakow, Julia Kuźniar - plastic artist, sculpture conservator and painter from Krakow and Barbara Dec - a visual artist and painter from Krzeszowice.

The 2nd Biennale of Young Art Krzeszowice is the second edition of the event, which gives young artists the opportunity to present their works to a wider audience. This year's edition was open to young artists from all over the Kraków County.

The exhibition of works qualified for the Biennale will be on view at the Vaixhall Gallery until the end of November 2026.
