“Life gives a man to the bone, without a doubt. A cold beer with friends on Friday should be like a dog's soup. But there's something else you'd like. Something simple, but not rude, sincere, but not boorish, joyful, not stupid, something that will stretch out a crooked muzzle in a smile. Just a damn song. And that's something we happen to have, we have a lot of it and we're happy to share!”

The Amazing Case was created a few years ago as a spontaneous street duo performing original songs by Michał Iskra in the markets and pedestrian streets of Poznań. In the idea, the one-time prank was met with a very favorable reception among random passers-by, proposals for performances in pubs and even at a local festival quickly appeared, which motivated the team to continue and grow their business.

Gradually, the composition of the group grew and changed, eventually taking the form of a sextet based on the sound of double bass, acoustic guitar, mandolin, accordion, violin and drum set. The song arrangements have become richer and more dynamic, but still at the core of the concept is the acoustic simplicity of street music.

Over the course of several years, the band has played hundreds of concerts in a variety of venues, from punk squats, to pubs and clubs to performances on big stages.
