Improkration — “Poland gurom” — bloopers from Polish history

Poland gurom — bloopers from Polish history

What if Łokietek preferred the nickname “Elbow”, the hussars were late for the battle, and the serf peasants set up a marketing department? “Polska gurom” is a comedic journey through the history of Poland, in which well-known events will receive completely new, improvised versions.

Vertigo Wrocław — Tuesday's live impromptu performance with a story in the background

Vertigo Jazz Club & Restaurant in Wrocław Improkracja will take Polish history to the workshop and play alternative versions of historical events. Heroes, conflicts and unexpected twists will arise spontaneously on stage, inspired by the audience. There will be no history lesson or a ready-made script — there will be a comedy in which the past can turn out completely differently.

Improvisation Theatre Improkration

Improkracja is the oldest and most experienced improvisation theatre in Lower Silesia. For years, the band has remained at the forefront of Polish groups presenting this type of stage form. Their performances are based on comedic scenes created spontaneously, without ready-made text and plan, making each performance one of a kind and full of unpredictable energy.

Jazz jam session after the performance

And right after the Improkracja performance, we invite you to a Tuesday jazz jam session after 22:00. The best jazz musicians from Wrocław meet on stage, who improvise and combine their talents in unique compositions. This is the perfect opportunity to feel the real atmosphere of jazz, meet local musicians and spend an evening in the magical atmosphere of the club.
