Christopher Morris took part in 28 wars. Armed with a camera, he documented bloody conflicts around the world. Today he tries to lead a quiet family life, but the demons of war do not give him peace, and the turbulent American reality beckons him every step of the way. In tasteful black and white shots, the film portrays a man who has not yet laid down his arms, but tries to face his choices and ambitions honestly. He talks about the consequences of working in the profession of a war photojournalist, which indirectly also affect his loved ones.
