For the first time in Poland, he will perform on the stage of the International Grand Ballet with his extraordinary performance of a timeless masterpiece — “The Nutcracker”. This ballet, associated with the magic of Christmas for generations, is one of the most recognizable and beloved works of ballet classics.
Performed by the International Grand Ballet, “The Nutcracker” takes on a new dimension — it is a performance full of grace, emotion and stage momentum. It tells the story of a girl who, on Christmas Eve night, moves into a dream world, where the eponymous nutcracker turns into a prince and she herself becomes his princess. In a magical journey they will meet colorful characters and dance to the rhythm of classic, recognizable dances: “Dance of the Sugar Loaf”, “Arabic Dance”, “Chinese Dance”, “Trepak” or the delightful “Waltz of Flowers”.
The artistic vision of the performance is created by Jakub Majewski — the artistic director of the International Grand Ballet, a valued patron of the arts and creator of unforgettable performances. His sense of beauty, perfectionism and passion translate into performances that remain in the memory of viewers long after leaving the theater.
Ensemble: International Grand Ballet is a group of dancers from Europe, Asia and the Americas — artists who share a passion for classical ballet and a desire to share stories through dance. Their performance in Poland is an event not to be missed.
