IRA was founded in 1987 in Radom, and a year later it debuted at the National Festival of Polish Song in Opole. The band's first album, Ira, was released in 1989. The album Mój dom, released in 1991, followed by 1993 and the live concert, were extremely successful, ensuring the group's promotion to the top of Polish rock bands. In the second half of the 90s, the band changed its face, reaching for slightly heavier sounds on the album Znamia. In 1996, after the release of the album Ogrody, guitarist and founder Kuba Płucisz left the band, and a few months later the IRA suspended its activities. After a break of 7 years, the group returned to the stage and embarked on a tour under the slogan: IRA — We are back! , which, gathering a crowd of fans, confirmed the musicians of the correctness of this decision. In May 2021, the IRA Team's latest album “Tomorrow” was released. You can find singles such as “Up Look”, “Winter”, “I Wish” or “Too Late”, there is no shortage of strong guitar playing and beautiful ballads that warm the audience during the concerts and provide an unforgettable experience.
