About the event

Continuation of the genealogy workshop, this time we will look in address databases, e.g. registration books.

This is the last workshop this year!

Are you interested in your family history or unknown facts from the lives of famous or lesser known people? Come to the workshop!

For whom? For anyone who wants to find out how you can search for information about your ancestors or other people from the past whose history we would like to know.

We tell you about what we can find in the available databases on the network, and when it is necessary to go to the office or archive. In addition to the theory, there will be a lot of practical exercises, and our examples will be the biographies of people associated with Prague, thanks to which the participants will acquire the tools for their own searches.

It is best to work in a friendly company when you can exchange ideas and experiences, so we encourage you to come with someone close to you, a family member, a colleague or colleague.

It is necessary to take a laptop or tablet with you and something to note.

Milena Wicepolska-Góralczyk — genealogist, researcher and guide.
