It is not always easy to talk about yourself and not every person. In our work

However, there are often situations when it is necessary or worthwhile to tell about it,

Take a look at strategies for talking about yourself. Creating your own strategy

will help to draw conclusions from the discussion allowing to identify interesting topics, as well as

specific words, gestures that are worth improving, reinforcing or rethinking.

We'll start by working out a safe space together to talk about

yourself, as well as comfortable sharing feedback. The meeting will be

rely on presentations in front of the rest of the group and discussing them with each other

constantly, reflecting them in the looks and perspectives of others

participants in the workshop. We want to create a friendly space for

interaction and exchange of thoughts.

Participation in the workshop is paid.

Cost of participation — 150 PLN gross.

We are accepting applications until 15.10.2026. Information about admission to the workshop will be provided

by email until 16.10.2026.

NGOs in Poland and abroad (e.g. Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Ukraine,

Japan). Co-creates the independent art gallery NOWY ZŁOTY, located in

kiosk at the Ołbin estate in Wrocław and a similar networking event

exhibition initiatives, studios and collectives — Wrocław Off Gallery Weekend.

She is also the initiator of the residential art magazine ZIN OŁBIN and

Lower Silesian publishing house ZIN REGION — created together with artists and

artists. In 2026 — scholarship recipient of the Wrocław City Hall and the Ministry of Culture

and National Heritage.
