“Didn't you pack your backpack again?” , “Finally do these lessons!” Does it sound familiar? Entering school age (1-3 grade) is a test of patience for every parent. But what if instead of telling your child what they DON'T DO, teach them a NEW SKILL?
During the workshop for parents of schoolchildren, which will be held in the neighboring hall of Khabrowa Marina 43, you will learn:
How to help a child cope with difficulties without screaming and punishments. How to design simple goals together and turn everyday problems into successes. How to build in a child a sense of agency and self-confidence on the threshold of education. How to effectively support a child in an emotional “reset” after a difficult day at school. How to speak the language of benefits and opportunities so that the child himself wants to cooperate. How to react in situations of decreased motivation and return to old habits — without feeling like failure. Less theory, maximum practice and solutions that you take home right after class.
Meetings are a cycle. Each workshop will last 3 hours.
Leading:
Dr. Dorota Dykalska, psychologist and Małgorzata Szmigiel, psychologist.
