On the one hand, we have a full-blooded love story: the aging Grażyna and Ludwik, on the 50th anniversary of their “first time”, wake up in the past - again in young bodies - and get a chance to discover that rapture anew. On the other - an alternative vision of Poland of the 60s, because although our heroes are twenty years old again, the world around them is different. In this version of reality, Poland after the war does not fall into the hands of the Communists. Perhaps, however, it becomes a mirror reflection of our fears, dreams and complexes today.
In “As always” we ask not only about what love and choice are, but also about memory and community - the smallest, family and local, as well as community through the big W, for example, national.
We invite you to the theater of nostalgia and the absurd, to the metaphorical story of the second chance and to the reflections contained in the question that we like so much or that we hate so much: “what if?”
