Live Jive Jungle is known for its extroverted playing style with energetic nerve and insistent intensity, powerful drum grooves and immersive melodies.
“It's vibrant urban jazz, where an uptempo beat sends the pulse and mood into the air. The unambiguously big star is, of course, Jan Harbeck, who has written all the numbers on the record. He has never disappointed and with Live Jive Jungle he adds a new chapter to his career.”
Niels Overgård, JazzNYT (Denmark)
