CHRISTMAS FAIR 2026|EXHIBITORS ARE INVITED

A special time full of magic is coming! The Municipal Cultural Centre in Piotrków Trybunalski invites artists, artisans, folk creators, handicraftsmen, local food producers and creators of decorative items to participate in this year's Christmas Market.

We are looking for exhibitors who, with their creativity, passion and unique products, will introduce the inhabitants of our city into a truly festive mood!

📅 Organizational information:

Fair hours: 10:00 — 18:00

Assembly and disassembly time: The placement of the stands will start from 8:00am, and the departure from the shopping places will take place no later than 20:00.

📋 Important information for exhibitors:

Stands: The organizer does not have wooden trading houses or tents — each exhibitor must have their own exhibition tent or other type of stand.

Electricity: It is possible to connect to the current (required to have your own extension cords of the appropriate length).

Charges:

Non-refundable entry fee: PLN 25.00 gross per stand.

Space fee: PLN 10.00 per 1 m² of stand.

Electricity connection fee: PLN 25.00 gross from the stand.

Fair fee: PLN 1.00 gross for 1 m² of stand (charged on the day of the Fair by a collector appointed by the City Roads and Maintenance Administration).

Note: Parties and political groups are not allowed to participate in the Fair. The allocation of a stand is determined by the order of applications and the payment of the entry fee.

How do I apply?

Pay the entry fee: Make a transfer to the IOC account in Piotrków Trybunalski (ERSTE No. 30 1090 2590 0000 0001 5234 7851) with the title: “Christmas Market 2026 — stand [company name/surname]” or pay it at the IOC ticket office (al. 3 May 12) by 8 December 2026.

Send the application: Send the completed application card together with the confirmation of payment of the entry fee by e-mail to merytoryczny@mok.piotrkow.pl by December 8, 2026.
