JazzKlub/ Klavo XL/Collective without borders

The mix of hip-hop and funk with jazz at a lightning pace conquered the world, delighting a large audience and fascinating younger generations of musicians. Also on the Polish scene there was no shortage of bands with verve and success exploring these artistic areas. Without a doubt, the Tri-City collective Klawo is one of those that stand out in this group. As of 2022, they have already released five releases, including two concert releases (among others from a performance at the Montreux Jazz Festival). They play music that they also enjoy as listeners, and look for inspiration among the leading bands of the London, Los Angeles and Chicago scenes. They are happy to enter into unique collaborations, as evidenced by recordings with musicians from Osaka, Japan. Bold improvisations, unexpected references and a touch of musical humor — that's what listeners will find during their concert.
