About the event

The shows by brothers Carl and Renauld Amiard combine the brute ecstasy of a punk concert with the rave spirit of an electronic live act — at self-organized, massively hedonistic living room concerts that reach a worldwide audience via the Internet. In a very short time, Jersey became an acclaimed Internet phenomenon and one of the most exciting electronic acts in Europe.

It all began in her children's room in Normandy with a view of the island of Jersey, which serves as a namesake. Jersey combine French touch with influences from UK garage, indie rock, EDM, drum 'n' bass, hyperpop, trance and the raw directness of a band. Synthesizers, samplers, distorted voices and irrepressible energy — this creates Jersey's incredible appeal. Distorted voices flicker through the tracks. Euphoric melodies suddenly turn into hypnotic breakbeats and the only common thread that remains is a constant moment of perfectly staged chaos.

Before the two released their own releases, they were already working on producers and releasing remixes for acts such as Yelle, Realo and Myth Syzer. The EP “The World I'm Searching For” (2023) made a breakthrough and the living room concerts, which transformed apartments into overheated clubs, turned Jersey into an Internet cult at breakneck speed. The second EP “Over & Over” (2024) cements their meteoric rise. Support from icons such as Fred Again... and Barry Can't Swim further accelerate the already gigantic momentum. This is followed by appearances at Coachella, Primavera Sound, Sónar Istanbul and a boiler room set. Justice commission the remix of “Afterimage” (2025) in the same year is also followed by the reinterpretation of the track “1901” (2025) by Phoenix.

The debut album “NOTHING'S FAKE” (2026) is further proof of the genius of the two brothers. Already released releases such as “Obsessed” (2026), “U&I” (2026) and “Goodbye” (2026) are already more than promising.

Jersey bring something back to the electronic music scene that you know from the great era of live bands: risk and audience reaction. Their music is only really thought through during their live shows. Machines react to people and vice versa. Nothing was set in stone beforehand: “Nothing's fake, everything's live music.” Jersey are much more than the French Touch sensation of the moment — they are immediate, tangible and highly explosive.
