Autumn wreath — workshops with elements of art therapy

We invite you to the autumn workshop, during which you will make a decorative wreath from natural materials with your own hands. This is an offer for people who want to try their hand at floristry, spend time creatively and slow down for a while.

Under the guidance of an experienced occupational therapist and florist Tatiana Pechota, you will learn the basic techniques of creating wreaths and compose your own decoration for the door or for the interior. A variety of natural materials will be available: straw and wicker bases, dried flowers, grasses, heather, cones, as well as decorative ribbons and accessories. We will also work with floristic wire, secateurs and hot glue.

The workshop also includes an art therapy component. Focusing on simple actions, textures, smells and colors of natural materials promotes calm and allows you to break away from the daily rush. You do not need experience or special floristic skills. Everyone works at their own pace, and the main thing is the pleasure of creating.

You will leave with a ready-made wreath, which will be an autumn decoration of your home, and with the experience of a calm, creative time.
