This is how the excited headline sounded on Soundvenue's 5-star review of Jessie Ware's concert at Roskilde Festival 2024. Now the English pop star will soon fire up during an equally large dance party in our latitudes - and it even happens with a brand new album in the trunk!

Jessie Ware is a well-established name who made her album debut in 2012 with 'Devotion, 'which went top 5 in her home country, and in the following years she established herself as one of England's top new pop names with an incomparable vocal splendor.

With his two most recent albums, 'What's Your Pleasure' from 2020 and 'That! Feels good! ' From 2023, Ware made quite a comeback, adding classic pop tunes to a decent dose of disco, funk and house. As GAFFA wrote in its 5-star review, the first disc is “disco pop that makes you want to tongue kiss”. Commercially, the style shift has also been successful: both albums achieved a 3rd place on the English album chart — her highest charting of all time.

Jessie Ware has embarked on a new chapter with her sixth studio album, Superbloom. The album came out in April, and here she has not turned down the tempo, disco strings or floor-appeal.

A huge pop celebration is therefore set for when Jessie Ware follows up her superb Roskilde performance with a concert in Amager Bio on 18 November.
